Yet another fun campout is in the history books. Our troop goes camping and hiking at least once a month, and the boys plan their own meals and activities.
This weekend we drove to the lake, set up our tents, then did a round trip nine mile hike along one side of the lake - we could see our tents across the lake when we were done!
We went fishing and learned all about different types of lures, and our oldest scouts showed us their favorite way to start a campfire.
